Museu de Xocolata – Chocolate museum Barcelona

Here some interesting facts about the Catalan culture:

1. People in Catalunya mostly speak 2 languages: Castellano (the "common" spanish) and Catalan, which is typical and the language of Catalunya. Catalan is a romance language which has been spoken for more than 1.000 years. Today, 10 million people speak Catalan - and not only in Spain! People speak it also in Andorra, France and Italy.
Catalan is the 8th most used language on the internet in relation to its speakers. Catalan is the 14th most spoken language in the European Union and the 22nd most translated language in the world. 125 universities in 32 countries teach Catalan.

2. Did you know that catalans have created some of the most important avant-garde masterpieces?
The famous artists Dalí, Miró, Tàpies and Barceló they are all part of the Catalan culture and you can admire their work in many places all over Barcelona.

3. Did you know that Catalunya is the first linguistic and cultural community with an own web domain? Althought Catalunya is not an independent country (not yet wink), there is an own web domain since September 2005, which is .cat

A lot of famous authors are catalan.. for example Jaume Cabré, Mercè Rodoreda, Quim Monzó, Carme Riera, Baltasar Porcel, Maria Barbal and the famous Joan Fuster.

5. The catalan food is great and really tasty. But did you know that some of the best chefs in the world are catalan? Ferran Adrià, Carme Ruscadella and Joan Roca are all part of the Catalan culture.

Here is a list of the museums, you can enter with this ticket:
 
MNAC, the "Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya" (normally 10 €)
CCCB, the "Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona" (normally 5 €)
MACBA, the "Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona" (normally 8 €)
La Pedrera, also known as Casa Milà (normally 15 €)
Fundació Antoni Tàpies (normally 7 €)
Museu Picasso (normally 11 €)
Fundació Joan Miró (normally 10 €)
 
So.. maybe you calculated a bit.. normally you would pay 66 € to get in the museum, with the Articket you pay less than the half of that.
 
The ticket is valid for three months from the date of the first visit to one of the museums. So you can use it also for another Barcelona visit or give it to a friend, in case you didn't use all the entries.
 
So.. which information is missing? Exactly.. where you can get this nice little card..
 

In the ticket offices at the Art Centers, in the Tourism Offices in Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya, Plaza Sant Jaume, Estació de Sants) and in the internet.
